iPhone Reset
You need to know how to reset your iPhone 3 !
Everyone knows that, over time, any computer gets “clogged up” with trash – undeleted temporary files and other gubbins which slows the computer down.
It would seem that the iPhone is no exception… over time you will often find that the iPhone slows down – launching an app takes longer than it used to and the whole phone gets sluggish and tired!
A re-boot is often all it needs! It’s no good just powering it down and then up again – you need to properly re-boot.
To re-boot an iPhone simply hold down the main button on the front of the iPhone while you also hold down the power button on the top edge of the phone. KEEP BOTH BUTTONS HELD DOWN! Within a few seconds your iPhone will display “Slide to power off” at the top of the screen. Ignore this and keep holding down both buttons!
Within a few more seconds the iPhone will display a black screen with the Apple logo in the centre. NOW you can let go of both buttons. Your iPhone is now rebooting. It will take a minute or two and then it will come back on again -refreshed and faster than before.
